Del 12 de Septiembre al 15 de diciembre 2013 tiene lugar la Trienal de Arquitectura de Lisboa [@trienaldelisboa] y hemos participando en la exposición La Realidad y otras ficciones con la curadoría de Mariana Pestana (@marianapestana_ ) dentro del proyecto Close-Closer.
La propuesta consiste en la construcción de un Parlamento Ciudadano en el Palacio Pombal en el que visibilizar asambleas urbanas. Nuestro objetivo será la redacción de la Carta de Lisboa, como manifiesto emergente y herramienta guía para las ciudades del siglo XXI.
The Parliament
Between 1986 and 2002, the Portuguese Association of Landscape Architects’ rules, codes, ethics and mission were designed, written and conducted from within the walls of the palace.
Presented as an infrastructure for communal reasoning about the rights to the city and the rights of being a citizen, the intent of this project is to build a Universal Declaration of Urban Rights, aiming to reach a consensus about the methodologies that regulate the construction, legislation and use of public space. Every Tuesday at 19:00, there is a Parliamentary Session led by guest speakers, open to the public, that contributes to the making of one article. Based on a trial and error methodology, the declaration will evolve as the project develops, throughout the course of the exhibition, written in successive drafts, throughout the course of the exhibition.

Open Parliament
El Parlamento construído se entiende desde el principio como una infraestructura ciudadana abierta y susceptible de ser utilizada antes, durante y después de la Trienal bajo demanda.
Para su cesión se ha publicado un anuncio en una popular página de alquiler de pisos y habitaciones y un canal directo con la organización de la trienal.

The Universal Declaration of Urban Rights Parliament built in Palacio Marquez de Pombal (Rua do Século 79) aims to be a free-access citizen infrastructure.
We will OPEN the process so that anyone in Lisbon willing to use an enjoy it with any kind of civic purpose, such as neighbour or friend meetings, assemblies, picnic, theatre, movies..

A Realidade e Outras Ficções é uma exposição composta por intervenções espaciais interdisciplinares à escala 1:1. Todas as instalações são totalmente funcionais, convidando o visitante a comer, a ler, a beber ou até a pernoitar. Ao mesmo tempo que explora o misterioso espaço entre a realidade e a ficção, esta exposição apresenta-se como um artifício composto de espaços e programas reais. Trata-se de uma exposição de arquitetura hiper-real. E está viva.
